Our Instructors

Chava Hamlet

Chava Hamlet has 16 years experience teaching Pilates here in Los Angeles. Chava is trained in west coast cardio based Pilates, east coast traditional Pilates, and rehab.  You can expect to experience a hybrid of all three in her group class. Chava will modify for individual needs in the group, her group classes give each client individual attention like a private but in a group environment.  She keeps the classes fun and light while getting technical when needed. Each class is unique as clients will have abilities, experience, and muscle balancing needs.  For clients who choose private sessions with Chava you will receive a critical analysis to locate any muscle imbalances and those imbalances will be targeted through stretching, modifications, exercises and rehab when needed. Chava is trained in mat, reformer, small barrel, large barrel, chair, and cadillac. She has numerous certifications with over 700 certification hours completed. Equipment and routine will be very specific to each individual needs.  Spinal misalignments can be corrected through muscle balancing.  Chava is trained in rehab for neck, shoulders, back, hips, and knees. I am an instructor who is focused on each clients specific needs.
